Michał Kwiatkowski has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2004, they started their career at PKN ORLEN S.A. as a Deputy Fuel Station Manager. Michał then moved on to work at LM System as an Administrator, where they were responsible for managing servers, client units, and systems such as MySQL, SBS 2008, and Windows Server 2008. After that, they worked at Baks Kazimierz Sielski as Deputy Production Department Manager. In 2015, they joined BI Architects sp. z o.o. as a PHP Programmer and later transitioned to the role of Full-stack Developer at Dentsu Aegis Network Polska in 2019. Michał also worked as a PHP Programmer at indaHash before starting their freelance career as a Software Engineer at MKPRO Programowanie i Usługi Informatyczne. Currently, they are employed as a PHP Software Engineer at Volt.io.

Michał Kwiatkowski earned their Engineer's degree in Food Technology from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Junior Back-End (PHP) Developer from Coder's Lab in July 2015. Michał also received a certification as a Back-End (PHP) Developer from the same institution, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
