Annika Richter has been with Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland since April 2013, serving as a Personalreferentin für Gesundheitsmanagement und Strategische Personalaufgaben, where responsibilities include conducting psychische Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, promoting inclusion, managing workplace reintegration, and overseeing addiction support and prevention efforts.
