Lauren Mickelson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, financial analysis, and business operations. Currently serving as an Account Specialist at Olive & Cocoa, LLC since September 2019, Lauren contributes to delivering luxury business gifts and floral arrangements with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previously, as the Founder and CFO of Fearless Self Defense from December 2012 to December 2021, Lauren worked to combat sexual assault through education. Additional experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Snell & Wilmer, where support was provided for billing and data analysis, and as an Assistant Purchasing Administrator at Steiner Education Group, managing inventory for multiple campuses. Lauren began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales at Elemis. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
