Gabriela Cruz Cu has a strong background in the financial services industry. Gabriela started their career at Banco del Ahorro Nacional y Servicios Financieros BANSEFI in 2007 as an Analista Senior de Riesgos. After three years, they joined Volkswagen Financial Services - México in 2010 as an Especialista en Riesgos, where they worked until February 2016. During their time at Volkswagen Financial Services, Gabriela held various roles including New Business and Product Development, Head of Business Development and Dealer Support, and currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Development & CRM since October 2021. Gabriela's expertise lies in business development, CRM, risk management, and dealer support. Their extensive experience in the industry has equipped their with valuable skills and knowledge in the financial sector.

Gabriela Cruz Cu has a strong educational background in finance and actuarial science. Gabriela obtained a Master's degree in Finance from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they pursued another Master's degree in Finance and Management from the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, which they completed from 2002 to 2005.
