Katerina Agorogianni is a seasoned Learning & Development and Internal Communications Manager at Vodafone, where responsibilities include building and implementing Capability Development Strategies, managing an annual training plan, and overseeing a team of HR Learning Partners and learning professionals. Previous experience includes serving as a Learning & Development Manager at the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, leading initiatives such as the "Voices against violence" curriculum in collaboration with UN Women and the "Free Being Me" program sponsored by Dove. Katerina has also held positions in education and culture at the Embassy of Mexico in Greece, where duties involved the development of cultural strategies and relationships with governmental agencies. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
