Chris Benfield currently serves as the Global Head of Data & Analytics Engineering at Vodafone, overseeing the development and maintenance of Google Cloud capabilities while focusing on delivering high-quality data and AI solutions to the business. With a history of leadership roles at Vodafone, Chris has driven significant transformations, including managing a Ā£130M Enterprise Fixed Transformation programme and improving IT demand management processes. Prior experience includes various business development roles at Detica, where Chris was responsible for managing key accounts and sales targets, as well as project management at LogicaCMG. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
