Ngọc Anh Phan is an AI Engineer currently working at Viettel Solutions Corporation since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing Tessel AI, a system for checking retail product display rules, and contributing to the second version of the product utilizing FastAPI. Prior to this, Ngọc Anh Phan worked at FPT Software AI Center from September 2022 to March 2023, focusing on tuning Vietnamese LLMs for three tasks: question answering, text summarization, and machine translation, along with pre-training various sizes of T5 models on the CC100 corpus. Ngọc Anh Phan holds a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from FPT University, completed in 2023, and graduated from Nguyen Binh Khiem High School for the Gifted in Quang Nam in 2019.
