Sofie Desmet is an accomplished digital and agile program manager with over 20 years of experience in change management, project management, and business consultancy. Currently serving as Team Manager at Digitaal Vlaanderen, Sofie also holds the position of Programmamanager at Vlaanderen connect. Previously, Sofie has been an Independent Owner at EnSeSo bvba and held various roles in project management and consultancy at Software Developments, Up-call, and Deloitte. With a strong background in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and coordinating extensive business operations, Sofie's expertise extends to teaching economical courses at Heilig-Hartinstituut Halle and Don Bosco Instituut Halle.
