Clementina Gentile is a seasoned Business Analyst and Service Designer currently working at Digitaal Vlaanderen since October 2022. Prior to this role, Clementina served at Proximus from September 2017 to October 2022 as the Chapter Owner of Business and Service Design, where responsibilities included coaching a team of designers and redesigning digital journeys for various products. Additional experience includes roles as a User Experience and Service Designer at Namahn (August 2012 - August 2017) and a graduation intern at NorthernLight and Kunsthal Rotterdam. Clementina's early design career includes project-based work with LEGO and various graphic design positions. Education includes a Master's degree in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Sapienza Università di Roma.
