Shaen Tarter has extensive experience in the aviation and marine fuel industries, currently serving as a Member at Vitus Marine LLC since 2010. Previously, Tarter was the President and CEO at Air Service Hawaii, Inc. from May 2015 to May 2022, overseeing fuel and ground handling services in Hawaii. Tarter also held the position of President and General Manager at Bradley Pacific Aviation, Inc., managing commercial aircraft refueling operations from January 2009 to August 2014. As the General Manager and co-founder of Great Circle Flight Services from October 2005 to January 2009, Tarter provided high-quality services for business aviation. Earlier roles include Vice President at Yukon Fuel Company and Operations Manager at Coastal Marine Transport. Tarter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Walla Walla University, completed in 1990.
