Jenny Nguyen is an accomplished Interaction Designer at VitalThings since March 2021, with prior experience as a UX Designer at Airthings, where improvements were made to the company’s B2B device installation workflow via a mobile app. Previously, Jenny served as an IT Project Manager at OCBC Bank from January 2011 to May 2018, managing IT project delivery across various areas such as Treasury & Risks and Enterprise Data Warehouse. Additionally, Jenny worked as a Project Analyst, coordinating project schedules and financial reporting. Jenny holds a Master of Interaction Design from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Computing in E-Commerce from the National University of Singapore.
