Jaqueline James

Lead UI/UX Designer

Jaqueline James is a UI/UX Designer with experience in content strategy, web content writing, and clinical research. Her career began in 2018 when they took on a role as a Research Assistant at the Loyola Children's Memory & Learning Lab. In the same year, they became a Clinical Research Assistant at NorthShore University HealthSystem, where they developed an independent clinical research project and presented a poster at the 2019 Loyola Research Symposium. In 2020, Jaqueline became a Web Content Writer at Ezvid Inc., where they authored and edited persuasive product recommendation articles. In 2021, Jaqueline joined ClearBlade, Inc. as a UI/UX Designer, collaborating with the UI Engineering & Customer Services teams while designing enterprise IoT asset-tracking applications. Jaqueline also joined WESTxEAST as a UI/UX & Content Strategy Intern, authoring written content and collaborating with the Co-Founders and UI Designer to redesign the company website.

Jaqueline James obtained their UI/UX Design Certificate from Thinkful in June 2021. Jaqueline also holds a Bachelor's of Science with Honors in Cellular/Molecular Neuroscience from Loyola University Chicago, which they earned between 2016 and 2020.
