Shonagh Wardell is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience across various roles in HR management. Currently serving as Senior People Operations Manager at Vita Mojo since March 2022, Shonagh previously held key positions at Arctic Shores, including Head of People Ops, where contributions directly influenced a growing team from 30 to 75 employees. Prior to that, Shonagh provided tailored HR consulting for tech start-ups at Talent HR and Recruitment and worked on several HR-related projects at Transport for NSW and Dun & Bradstreet. Shonagh's foundational experience in the field began at Grovelands as Organisational Development Manager and earlier roles focused on recruitment and customer service.
