Lea Flade has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lea started their career as a Working Student in HR/Recruiting at HeyJobs in September 2017 and continued in this position until September 2018. Lea then progressed within the company and held roles such as Human Resources Manager from October 2018 to October 2020, Senior People Manager from October 2020 to March 2021, and Team Lead People Operations from March 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Excellence at HeyJobs starting from May 2022. Lea also gained experience in the field during their time as an Intern in HR&Law at DB Zeitarbeit GmbH from September 2014 to March 2015.

Lea Flade completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in 2016. In 2018, they further pursued their studies at the same institution, specializing in MAP - Master Arbeits- und Personalmanagement. Additionally, they attended Fachhochschule des BFI Wien from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Strategic HR Management in Europe. In 2014, Lea also briefly studied Business Administration/HR at Westminster Business School.
