Sam Pierce is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior FP&A Manager at Vistry Group since January 2023, Sam previously held multiple roles at Countryside from March 2020 to February 2023, including Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Senior Group FP&A Analyst. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at EY from September 2016 to February 2020, following a graduate programme, and earlier roles at Leicestershire County Council, Central College Nottingham, and Boots UK. Sam began the professional journey with a Summer Internship at EY in 2014 after being selected for the EY Scholars of the Future programme. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Sheffield and an International Baccalaureate from Bilborough College.
