Juli Riles, CMA, CCIFP, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at ZBeta, Inc. since July 2021, while also teaching courses in Construction Accounting and Construction Law at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Previous roles include Controller positions at Unger Construction Company, Air Systems Service & Construction, and Harold E. Nutter, Inc. Juli Riles holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, along with professional certificates in Accounting and Human Resource Development and Management from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science degree in History and Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
