Gary Tok is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success and Sales at VISTRA since March 2024, Gary previously held the role of Group Chief Commercial Officer at Tricor Group from January 2020 to March 2024. Prior roles include Chief Commercial Officer at CXA Group, Regional Director of Sales & Client Management at Aon, and various leadership positions at Mercer and Baker McKenzie. Gary's early career includes business development and academic roles, along with an MBA from AGSM at UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Sydney.
