Amy Simcox is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in real estate law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel - Real Estate at Vistra Corp. since March 2019, Amy has previously held the position of Counsel - Real Estate in the same firm. Before joining Vistra Corp., Amy worked as an Associate Attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2015 to March 2019, focusing on commercial real estate finance and development, where representation of institutional lenders was a key aspect of the role. Earlier experience includes Associate Attorney positions at Wooden & McLaughlin LLP and Schuckit & Associates P.C. Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.
