Philip Berry is currently the Vice President of Transactions & Deputy General Counsel at EnerVest, Ltd. Philip has extensive experience in business development and transactions, with previous roles as an Associate General Counsel and an Associate at McClanahan & Clearman, LLP. Philip also has experience as a judicial intern and analyst at various organizations before earning their JD from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2005.
