Eirik Friise is currently the Head of ERP Customer Success and Head of Cloud ERP & BI Customer Success at Visma Software Norge. In their role, Eirik oversees a team of 25 experts and advisors dedicated to enabling self-service for customers, providing guidance on products, and advising on business processes. Previously, Eirik has held positions as Department Manager and Team Manager at SmartDok AS. Eirik also served in the Norwegian Armed Forces for ten years, holding positions as Offiser and Underoffiser. Eirik holds a Bachelor's degree in Ledelse, logistikk og ressursstyring from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy.
