Virna Navia, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality and events industry. Virna started their career as a Project Manager at R&R Partners in 2002, before moving on to work as a Sales Manager at The Venetian Resort, Hotel & Casino from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they served as a Senior National Sales Manager at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino of MGM Resorts International from 2007 to 2014. In 2015, they joined ConferenceDirect as a Director, Global Accounts, where they negotiated hotel contracts and assisted with site selection. From 2016 to 2019, Virna worked as the Director of Financial & Insurance Sales at the Fashion Island Hotel Newport Beach, where they cultivated new territories and positioned the hotel as a leading competitor. Most recently, they have held the role of Group Sales Manager - Intermediary Market at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Virna is working as the Intermediary Accounts Director at Visit Orlando.
