Nicholas Shoemaker, MBA, currently serves as the National Operations Director for Data Centers at Vision Technologies, following tenure as Operations Manager for the Data Center team in the Columbus Metropolitan Area. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Vice President of Wireline at ADB Companies, LLC, where responsibility included the integration of PrimeTech into the parent company and management of regional activities. At PrimeTech Communications, Nicholas progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming Director of Operations, overseeing P&L, developing operational strategies, and enhancing HR processes across multiple offices. Nicholas holds an MBA in Innovation, Consulting, and Entrepreneurship from Xavier University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
