Kaspar Endrikson currently serves as the Head of Legal at Viru Keemia Grupp, a role held since December 2024. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Sorainen from February 2012 to December 2024, where positions ranged from Counsel to Senior Associate, focusing on Energy & Utilities, Infrastructure & Regulatory, Competition (state aid), and Government Relations & Administrative law. Previously, Kaspar served as a Legal Adviser at the Estonian Competition Authority from January 2010 to February 2012, engaging in state supervision over energy and utility companies, court representation, and legislative drafting. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Tartu and participation in the Summer School on Energy Policy and EU Law at the Florence School of Regulation, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Tartu.
