Briana Bouchard possesses a diverse background in human resources, customer service, and marketing. Currently serving as a People & Culture Generalist and Director of First Impressions at Virtual, Inc. since August 2019, Briana has advanced from an intern to a full-fledged professional in the field. Experience includes roles at Follett as a Keyholder and at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as a Sales Associate, along with various internships focused on marketing and member services. Briana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Endicott College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by ongoing education at CIS University.
