Kaylin A. has a strong and extensive background in human resources, with experience in various roles at different companies. She currently serves as the Human Resources & Administrative Director at Sealaska Heritage Institute, where she oversees HR and administrative processes for a regional Native non-profit organization. Prior to this, she worked as an HR Generalist at Mirabella, a Human Resource Coordinator at Healthcare Management Administrators, and a Payroll Specialist II at Washington Mutual. Kaylin also held the position of People Development Administrator at Nextel Partners/Sprint/Nextel and HR Manager at Glacier Bay Tours and Cruises. She holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington and an MBA-HRM in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
