Thom Vincent is an experienced digital product professional currently serving as the Senior Digital Product Owner for the Virgin Australia app since January 2022, focusing on enhancing passenger booking and management through digital solutions. In addition to this role, Thom is the founder of Caaards, a company dedicated to developing effective products, and has been engaged in this venture since January 2022. Previously, Thom was a Partner in Technology at Future Friendly (Mentally Friendly) from March 2016 to December 2021, where leadership in building award-winning products for major organizations in various sectors was a highlight. Thom’s early career includes positions as Technical Director and Full Stack Developer at Milray Park and other firms, culminating in a range of technical roles across numerous companies, with experience in full-stack development and technology leadership. Thom holds a degree from the University of South Wales, completed between 2000 and 2004.
