Andrew Hawksey currently serves as the Overseas Resorts Operations Manager at Virgin Atlantic, a position held since October 2018. Previously, Andrew has held various roles within the Virgin Holidays division, including Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Centre Area Manager for both Customer Service and Sales. Prior to Virgin Atlantic, Andrew managed a store at Sunglass Hut and held managerial positions at SWAROVSKI, including Boutique Manager and Assistant Flagship Boutique Manager. Early experience includes roles at Marks and Spencer, where Andrew managed different sections, and at Mamas & Papas as Sales & Service Manager. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside a strong educational background from Hugh Baird Further Education College and Breckfield Community Comprehensive School.
