ElÃsabet Halldórsdóttir has had a successful career in the field of information technology and digital operations. ElÃsabet started their professional journey in 1986 at Rafreiknir, where they provided customer support and training for WordPerfect solutions, payroll solutions, and accounting. In 1988, they joined EJS as a Customer Technical Support representative. In 1996, they began working at Icelandair as a Project Manager, eventually progressing to roles such as Manager of the Training and Support IT Department, Project Manager for Resource Management, Manager of the IT Department, and finally, Director of the IT Department. ElÃsabet currently holds the position of Director of Digital Operations at Icelandair. Throughout their career, ElÃsabet has gained expertise in various aspects of IT management and has contributed significantly to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.
ElÃsabet Halldórsdóttir has a Diploma of Education in Leadership in Design Thinking from Akademias, obtained in 2021. ElÃsabet also holds a Diploma of Education in Board members Responsibilities & Performance from Reykjavik University, obtained in 2020.
