Morten Nass has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Morten started their career in 1987 as an Assistant at LEGOLAND and then worked as a Waiter at Kryb-i-Ly Kro from 1991 to 1994. Morten further expanded their skills by working as a Sommelier at Hotel Hesselet from 1994 to 1996. Morten then became the Owner of Vinens Verden, Slotsgade from 1996 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Vinens Verden A/S as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In 2022, they assumed the role of Partner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the same company.

Morten Nass attended Vestre Skole in Grindsted from 1979 to 1989. Following this, they enrolled at Aalborg Tekniske Skole from 1991 to 1994. Unfortunately, specific degree names and fields of study were not provided for either educational experience.
