Tan Sheng Yong is an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in managing production operations across various industries, including disposable hygiene products and adhesives. Currently at Vinda Group SEA since September 2021, Tan oversees safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale for production lines, coaches teams in problem-solving, and ensures accurate reporting of production KPIs.
