Yerlen Zhalgassov is a PCI Compliance Analyst at VikingCloud since March 2023, with prior experience as a PCI Compliance Support Analyst at Trustwave from June 2021 to July 2022. Yerlen served as Vice President of the Society of Kazakh Youth In Poland "BARS" from December 2018 to June 2021, fostering community among Kazakh citizens in Poland. Additional roles include Customer Relations Specialist at Regal and English-Russian Translator at both “CENTERNUR” Translation Agency and “SHA” Translation Center. Yerlen holds dual Bachelor's degrees in International Relations and European Studies from Coventry University and Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, as well as specialized secondary education in Language Interpretation and Translation from KazGUU College.
