Rhonda Fitch is an experienced leader in customer satisfaction and account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Satisfaction and Account Management at Viking Cloud since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rhonda held various leadership positions at NuArx, where responsibilities included oversight of customer satisfaction and account management as well as inside sales, from January 2015 to January 2021. Rhonda's career includes management experience at TelNet Worldwide, Inc., First Communications, and extensive roles at LDMI/Talk America and Cavalier Telephone, all focusing on sales leadership. Rhonda has a strong educational background from Jackson College.
