Enji Istanbouli is a seasoned professional in technical support and quality assurance, currently serving as Manager 1 for Technical Support Engineering at Datadog since August 2024. Previously, Enji was the Manager of the QA team at Worldia from June 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included defining the QA vision, building and coaching the team, managing release processes, and leading incident investigations. Enji's experience also spans roles as a QA Engineer at Salsify, an IT Business Analyst and Quality Assurance specialist at Amadeus, and a Software Engineer.
