Pravesh Kumar serves as the Head of Human Resources at Vikas Group since August 2023, bringing over 17 years of extensive HR experience. Prior to this role, Pravesh headed Human Resources at Spark Minda for both Minda Corporation Limited and the Aftermarket Division, from April 2018 to August 2023. Pravesh's career includes leadership positions at Minda Furukawa Electric, where responsibilities encompassed establishing HR functions and developing competency frameworks, and at Minda Management Services Limited, where initiatives focused on talent acquisition and HR policy development. Starting as an HR Analyst at Delphi Automotive Systems, Pravesh managed recruitment processes and employee engagement activities. Pravesh holds an MBA in Human Resources from IMED and has foundational education from S.D.R Public Sr. Sec. School.
