Yu-Shan Chou is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community engagement and language access. Currently serving as a Language Access and Engagement Specialist for the City of Philadelphia and a Coalition Organizer for Philly Counts, Yu-Shan has focused on improving language proficiency and social integration for immigrants and refugees. As a co-founder of Let’s Talk Philly Conversation Circles, Yu-Shan has developed programs that address language barriers and promote community wellness. Additional roles include baking instruction at D&C Bakery, volunteering with TCWAT Taiwan, and past positions in purchasing and customer service. Yu-Shan holds multiple certificates in administrative assistance, intercultural wellness, and baking, alongside a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from Chinese Culture University.
