Lorraine Amrine is a seasoned Labor and Employment Attorney with extensive experience at Vigilant Law Group since January 2020 and a long-standing role at Vigilant since November 1997. Lorraine advises employers on various labor and employment law issues, including wage and hour regulations, family leave, disabilities, harassment, and discipline, while focusing on the development and implementation of effective policies to prevent legal problems. Prior to their tenure at Vigilant, Lorraine served as a Staff Attorney at TOC Management Services from 1997 to 2009 and worked in a general practice law firm from 1994 to 1997, where a diverse range of legal matters was handled. Lorraine Amrine earned a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Philosophy from Eastern Michigan University.
