Radiance Basden, MPS, CPT, RYT, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rooted in Radiance since January 2022, focusing on well-being, fitness, and mental resilience through culturally tailored programming. Additional roles include Yoga Instructor and Diversity Board Member at VIDA Fitness & Aura Spa, and Ambassador for lululemon, where community engagement and wellness are emphasized. Prior experience includes roles as Co-Founder and Programming Chair of DREAM at Macerich, which supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and Senior Manager of Business Development, achieving significant revenue growth. With a background in sponsorship coordination at RedPeg Marketing and digital communications at the American Council on Education, Radiance holds a Master of Professional Studies from Georgetown University and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
