Michael Rodarte, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and analysis. Since March 2006, Michael has served as Portfolio Manager for Sycamore Capital Small and Midcap Value funds at Victory Capital Management, where sector coverage includes Consumer Cyclicals, Consumer Staples, Healthcare, and Insurance. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Analyst for the same funds. Additionally, since April 2022, Michael has been the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for Level Up Cincinnati, a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing diversity and inclusion for future leadership through various support programs for Black and Latinx, first-generation students. Michael began the professional journey at KeyBanc Capital Markets as an Analyst in Corporate and Investment Banking from July 2004 to March 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Economics, International Business, and Spanish from Ohio University.
