Barbara Rood brings over three decades of experience in the banking sector, with a significant tenure at BayCoast Bank since June 2013. Currently serving as the VP, Retail Lending Systems Officer, Barbara has also held positions as AVP and Retail Lending Systems Officer, as well as Retail Lending Systems Administrator. Prior to this, Barbara spent over 21 years at The Community Bank as a Secondary Market Specialist, demonstrating extensive expertise in retail lending and banking operations.
