James Pierce has over three decades of experience in business development and consulting, currently serving as a Business Development Specialist at Vickers & Nolan Enterprises, LLC since February 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing corporate business development and creating marketing and sales strategies. As President of BizDev Strategies since November 2011, James provides consulting services to small businesses to establish business development processes. Previous roles include Executive Director of Business Development at ManTech International Corporation and Vice President at MTCSC, Inc., along with positions at Ahntech and Science Applications International Corporation. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University, completed between 1986 and 1989.
