Steve Tibbals has a diverse work experience. Steve started their career in 1994 at Liberty Safe as a welder and brake press operator, eventually rising to the position of night shift supervisor. In this role, they were responsible for managing the welding and fabricating departments, as well as preparing and staging all departments for the next shift. Steve also contributed to the development of new product lines. In 1997, they joined Nortel as a Field Engineer and worked there until 2009. Steve then transitioned to a Project Manager role at Action Target, where they are currently employed.

Steve Tibbals attended ITT Tech from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Electronic Engineering.
