Lourens Keers has over 18 years of experience in the digital and customer engagement space. Lourens began their career in 2010 as an E-Commerce Manager for Bloomington Fashion, where they were responsible for the e-commerce strategy, backend, and advertising. In 2011, they moved to IceMobile as a Product Manager Mobile & BI, where they worked on product development, business models, business intelligence, and product documentation. In 2014, they founded and owned Room of Riddles, a 5-venue puzzle game across the world, which led the charts of TripAdvisor. Lourens then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) as Digital Director in 2018, where they worked on initiatives such as OneStopShop and Foodl. In the same year, they also co-founded Oganika, a high-intensity puzzle game. In 2021, they founded Vivamori, a platform to help people prepare for the moment when they will pass away. Lourens currently holds the position of Head of Digital & Customer Engagement at ViCentra.
