Erik Berg Solheim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy consulting. Currently serving as Daglig leder at both Vibb and Oss Norge AS since June 2020, Erik previously held multiple roles at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE, including Head of Smart Energy and Manager of Strategy Consulting, where a significant focus was placed on strategy and business development. Erik's expertise encompasses growth strategy, customer-centricity execution, and operational assessment, alongside a background in business intelligence from earlier positions at DNB and NITH. Educated with a Bachelor's degree in E-Business from Norges Informasjonsteknologiske Høgskole, Erik also attended Microsoft University for further training in 2011.
