Ørjan Bøe Thygesen serves as Daglig leder at Capra Consulting since February 2015, where responsibilities include leading the company and being part of the leadership team. Previous roles include Konsulent at VY from September 2021 to September 2022, Strategiansvarlig overseeing strategy development and implementation at Capra, and Rekrutteringsansvarlig managing the recruitment of students and senior professionals. Ørjan Bøe Thygesen began with a summer position as Scrum Master at Capra Consulting AS in June 2014 and has also held a student representative position at NTNU’s Institute for Telematics. Education includes a Master of Science in Communication Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (2009-2015) and a preparatory course in engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway (2008-2009).
