Lisa Nicholson is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Vi since September 2019. Lisa is also an author, having published "I’m Coming Out: 31 Days of Renewal" in February 2021. In addition to these roles, Lisa has been a Minister/Evangelist at Oasis Church International since January 2007, focusing on evangelism and servant leadership. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of HR/Payroll Services at National HR Solutions Inc., and as Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare. Lisa is a successful entrepreneur, having owned both At Your Request Secretarial Services and Home Sweet Home Shelter, Inc., a nonprofit organization providing assistance to the homeless. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and ongoing studies toward a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling at Jacksonville Theological Seminary.
