Carly Geurts is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Green Bay Oncology since May 2023, Carly previously worked at Cresco Labs from April 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator. Earlier, Carly held the position of People Operations Specialist at project44 and contributed as a Human Resource Generalist and Intern at Bemis Company, Inc. and UW Oshkosh Business Success Center, respectively. Carly's expertise encompasses onboarding, employee relations, HRIS implementation, payroll processing, benefits management, and talent acquisition, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
