Luke Tate is a seasoned professional in housing and urban planning, currently serving as a Strategic Housing Officer at the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) since August 2018. Prior to this role, Luke Tate worked for the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development as a Housing Program Compliance Specialist from November 2010 to August 2018. Luke Tate holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from the University of Mary Washington.
