Hamza Z. has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2014. In 2014, they began as an Intern - RF Planning & Optimization at Ufone. Later that year, they joined ZTE - Zong RNO Project as an RF Engineer, where they successfully performed grid optimization of several cities and removed sector and partial swaps multiple times. In 2015, they joined NES Technologies / Genesis Solutions Pvt. Ltd Islamabad as a Manager Operations, where they managed a team of engineers for design, procurement, and integration phases, handled all procurement for electrical and electronic items, and prepared technical and financial proposals for tenders and Sales projects. Most recently, in 2020, they joined vFairs as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where they managed a vast portfolio of clients, planned event delivery schedules, and was responsible for successful event delivery from pre-sales to post-event closure calls.

Hamza Z. completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing from Bahria University between 2017 and 2019. Hamza obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology between 2009 and 2013. Theirearlier education was completed at Fazaia Inter College Malir Karachi where they obtained their F.Sc in Computer Science between 2007 and 2009.
