Ole Haug has extensive experience in education and technical fields. Since June 2007, Ole has served as the Department Head for Technology and Industrial Subjects at Færder videregående skole, overseeing approximately 160 students and managing a team of 23 staff members. Additionally, Ole led the Lærlingskolen program, supporting around 100 learners in completing essential subjects. Teaching expertise includes subjects related to technical and industrial production at various educational levels. Ole also holds leadership roles, such as serving as a sensor for practical examinations in the automotive damage field. Prior experiences include roles as a barkeeper and a car damage repair technician, complemented by a solid educational background with degrees in Pedagogy and Vocational Teacher Education, alongside a specialization in car damage repair.
