Elaine Bryceland is currently working as a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist at Vestd, a platform for share schemes and equity management for SMEs. Previously, Elaine served as a Senior Programme Coordinator at The Social Mobility Foundation, focusing on programme development for underrepresented young people. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde respectively, with an Erasmus Exchange Programme at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
